Everything was nice, I liked my stay. Facilities to make tea, a safe, and coffee were available in my king room. Enjoyed courtyard view, very attentive staff with great service. The location very close to everything in the centre of Palma was incredible. The breakfast was free and amazing, the check in was smooth. Moreover, there was WiFi throughout the property.

Sincerely, it was a such wonderful stay in Palma old town. Particularly good and unbeatable location minute walk from attractions we wanted to visit - a cathedral and a palace. Tried some nice meals at Ombu, located a minute walk from the hotel.
The room felt very small and the bathroom was not clean.
